secure hinge pin for 3708825 and 4613328

I didn't like the hinge pin popping out on 3708825. I tried 5254615, but the fit was poor. It was very loose. So I measured my stand with calipers and made this to fit firmly. I use it with the base from 4613328, so it's always held together. Print one bolt, one washer, and one nut. Insert the bolt in one end of the stand base. Then place the washer in the other side. And seal it off with the nut.
