This box is cleverly designed, the threads and visible lid are actually disguises, they're one single piece molded together. The true lid of this container is located at the bottom, requiring a common object like a dime to open it up. However, it's not as straightforward as that, the threads for the bottom lid are left-handed threaded, meaning Righty-Tightly Lefty-Loosely doesn't apply here. You need to reverse the rule in fact. Turning the lid to the right tightens it while turning it to the left loosens it.
