This design requires three crescent parts and one center hub for assembly. Attach the secondary mirror to the smaller hole on a crescent piece, then place the circular hub over it. Secure the spokes of the crescent pieces to the corresponding arms of the center hub using wire ties for added strength. Despite potential plastic imperfections, this fix should suffice for solar photography, although alignment and collimation may be necessary for higher resolution use. For further improvements, consider adding ribbing along the spokes in the Z-axis direction. Good luck!
