Secondary mirror holder/mount for dobson telescope

A compact supplementary mirror holder for a diagonal mirror boasting a minor axis of at least 4 cm. I engineered this secondary mirror holder specifically for my dobsyn telescope building project, utilizing a primary mirror with a 203 mm diameter and a secondary mirror featuring a 70 mm minor axis. This straightforward diagonal mirror holder relies on three basic screws positioned at 120-degree intervals to fine-tune the tilt of the secondary mirror. Aiding rotation and translation of the telescope tube are an M4 screw and its corresponding threaded rod. Its design strikes a balance between simplicity and efficiency. Update 26/08/2019 I ultimately decided to paint the mirror mount flat black, also incorporating a small knob for effortless adjustment of the distance between the telescope and its mount. I've updated the photos with the painted mount, making it more visually appealing to behold the finished product! Additionally, I designed a base component intended for M5 spider vanes, catering to those who prefer a sturdier spider vane despite its relative lack of necessity. Parts required: * 3 cap head screws M3x45mm * 3 nuts M3 * 1 pan head screw M4x65mm * 1 flat washer M4 * 3 nuts M4 * 1 wing nut M4 or regular M4 nut * 1 spring * Threaded rod M4 (for the spider vane)
