Two identical gears were designed specifically for a friend's project. The gears do not feature a keyway, so one must be either drawn or machined onto the printed gear. The dimensions are 5.5 inches in thickness and 6.25 inches in bore diameter; all other specifications mirror those of my Boxford gears.
