Seatbelt Stop

Seatbelt Stop

My neighbor has a troublesome shoulder, so he requested that I recreate the webbing hardware device he originally created. I obliged and came up with this alternative solution. He utilizes this device to keep his seatbelt pulled out due to his limited mobility behind him. The initial prototype was printed in PLA but failed to withstand its first summer season. I would recommend using ABS at a minimum, as it's more durable. Other high-temperature materials like Nylon could also be effective options. Additionally, employing 100% fill density is recommended, even though the device may not require any support due to its flexible nature.
