Designing a reliable seatbelt clamp, I discovered my own solution was superior to existing options available online. Encouraged by its functionality, I'm sharing my design with others for anyone seeking a solution to prevent their seatbelt from digging into their chest. One printable file is the clamp itself, while another provides the cap that securely covers the seatbelt end once it's passed through two designated slots as depicted in the attached image.
