The Toyota van comes with a door cup holder, but its placement and angle make it impractical. When storing closed bottles, it works well, but cups with lids create a mess. A 3D printer can provide a solution to this issue. A custom-made holder fits onto the headrest support, possibly suitable for other vehicles as well. The holes on this holder measure 15mm in diameter and are 150mm apart from center to center. Pictures demonstrate how to use it. This main cup holder accommodates large mugs and cups. The left side is designed specifically for the 32oz Yeti Mug. In contrast, the right side holds medium or large drink cups. With an adapter ring, the right side can also accommodate smaller cups. The basket insert can hold water bottles or other drinks of the same size as Gatorade bottles. I printed this item in PLA and used it in my van for over a month without issues. Outside temperatures reached 35C on many days, but it did not affect its performance. There was no warping or drooping. If you're concerned about heat resistance, consider printing it in TPU or PETG for improved results.
