After buying an LED kit for headlights, I realized it wouldn't fit under the standard headlight cover. The design is intended specifically for low beam headlight caps on two parabolas headlights. This reworked cap has enough clearance to accommodate both the heatsink (mine doesn't have a fan) and the control unit while keeping the entire headlight sealed. For better results, I recommend printing in ABS or another heat-resistant material. Mine's been installed for nine months now with no problems whatsoever. If you need the left cap, simply flip the STL file over.
