Hi all, let me introduce my brand new model - a square-headed screw specifically designed for Seat Cordoba / Ibiza front grill masks. I created it and printed it myself because most used grills I've seen lack screws to secure the grill to the fender, making them nearly impossible to find separately. These screws are unique due to their square heads. To create my model, I utilized a screw design from Michaltrow's work on Thingiverse: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:144288 Next, I removed the head in MeshLab and modeled a new square head using Solid Edge before joining the two parts together in Cura and exporting them as an STL file. I printed my screws with 0.2mm PETG material and secured them with standard metal nuts (size 8) at a temperature of 240/70 degrees Celsius. For optimal results, it's best to print each screw individually, as printing multiple at once can lead to defects. Printing one screw takes approximately 7 minutes with 0.2mm settings.
