This is a model of the base part for camping chairs (e.g. Kesser). The originals get easily lost while using the chair in muddy areas. I am using PLA at 100% infill for best stability, but you can try different values. It fits relatively tight and maybe you have to rasp a bit, but otherwise the rigid PLA won’t stick to the chair.
