This project is designed to have a seatbelt tensioner system for a sim-rig be more comfortable. The rollers are designed to have the seat belt roll more freely and a little higher than the feed through in the LCD Pro-Drift chair. To mount the roller, an 8mm steel linear rail of approximately 12cm is used. The roller is mounted over the linear rail. Two 608ZZ bearings are used to have the linear rail rotate freely in the base mount. The bearing clamp is mounted with 2 M3x12 bolts and nuts. The complete assy can be clamped using 2 M3x25 bolts and nuts. Total material needed: - 2x 608ZZ bearings - 2x linear rail of 12cm, 8mm diameter - 4x M3x12 bolt - 4x M3x25 bolt - 8x M3 nut
