Update August 8th. Simple Moto G5 Plus holder for Seat Ateca use. Goal: easily insert and remove phone from a simple holder that fits with the power cord plugged in. Two ways to attach this holder to your vent: Option 1 (recommended): Use Grip pen version 8, rotating the phone slightly towards the driver and tilting it forward. This relies on friction for secure hold. Option 2: Use Grip pen version 5, a simple clip that attaches to the back of the vent. Both options have been tested and printed successfully. I prefer option 1 because it positions the phone better towards the driver. Although grip pens stick well into the holder, a tiny bit of glue is recommended. Do not print in PLA! Heat will deform your beautiful print even in moderate climates. My second print was done with PETG and turned out perfectly. Happy printing!
