Seasons Scoreboard Frame
thingiverse
Overview =============== The seasons scoreboard is highly susceptible to accidental bumping or table slamming. Even a slight movement can scatter the cubes on top, completely losing track of scores. This is my attempt at creating a scoreboard with raised edges to keep the cubes securely in their place. Originally, I planned for this to be a sleeve that would fit on top of the scoreboard itself, keeping the colors and number prints underneath intact. Unfortunately, this was my first custom design, so I took the easy route and made one that doesn't fit on top. It lacks a number display, so you'll need to do some row/column math. I still believe it's better than risking wiped scores. I may return to create another pass on an actual sleeved version that will wrap around the seasons cardboard. Printing Tips ================ I printed mine in PETG, and experienced some bed adhesion issues. Each individual square was printing standalone first, so a single one failing to bind properly caused a failure. I had to print the first layer extremely slowly (3mm/s) for the initial layer, just to ensure they all attached securely. Better safe than sorry. I've included the Fusion360 source file
