Sears Garage Remote
thingiverse
Broke the original 'read-light' key chain holder on this garage door opener from Sears. As I no longer shop at Sears and found the replacement cost of a new opener ridiculously overpriced, I decided to create my own. It's basic, but it works flawlessly and I can produce a brand-new housing for the electronics in under an hour. The tolerances are extremely tight and I've successfully tried this on multiple different materials already. Updated with my free CAD files. I'm not entirely sure why this project suddenly gained so much popularity (as far as my stuff is concerned), but I'm confident that someone else can do an even better job and build upon my humble beginnings. Print Settings: Notes: Recommend Ninaflex for the button. PETG for the top where the keychain will be attached.
