Table saw handle failed by camming out of the molded hex hole. This re-uses the metal hex insert and the crank part of the handle. You'll have to pry the star retainer off the shaft of the crank and drive the crank axle out using a drift- the metal cap on the crank pops out. This has a problematic fillet on the surfaces that led to me printing with supports and then having to sanding it off. I'm not in love with how the surface finish turned out, but it lives under the table of the saw, in a basement, covered in dust, so choose your battles.
