Sears Craftsman Router Baseplate for router templates
thingiverse
Replacement baseplate for a 70s Sears Craftsman router. I've run into a couple different models of this sears routers that all seem to use the same size plates, so if your model's base is ~150mmØ and hole spacing is ~118mm this should work for you. The router was a pawn shop score that has been a respected member of my tool hoard for 15+ years. I've always liked the aesthetics of this particular style router, but because it's not "pimped out" with lots of rad features it hasn't gotten a lot of use recently. It seemed like a good candidate for some plastic surgery. The original plate is intact, but I just modified the center to fit some cheap H.F. router template guides and inlay kit, that I have definitely not had sitting in a drawer for 7 years and never used because none of my routers would fit them. This should at lease buy me another few years to try and justify it's continued presence in the shop.
