It's a model I designed for the 2020 Seaperch Challenge. Seaperch is a competition where students design and build ROVs, particularly underwater vehicles. Obstacle courses and tasks are set in each competition. Although it would technically be violating the rules to use a 3D printed object, it's fun entertaining the idea of picking up objects with your ROV with a 3D printed hook.
