This filament holder has been specifically designed to keep your filament in impeccable condition, ensuring high-quality prints from day one. The unit seamlessly accommodates spools up to 202mm in diameter and as thick as 80mm. Spools gently rest on two rotating spindles situated within two pairs of robust 608ZZ bearings, resulting in silky-smooth filament payout. Atop the unit is a versatile hydration box designed to store silica gel, preserving your filament's dryness at all times. To monitor the gel's condition, use color-changing silica gel and print the top box cover with transparent Taulman T-Glase for easy visibility. Filament smoothly exits through the top of the unit via the advanced filament cleaning system marked by a pink aperture. To optimize this process, cut a foam or sponge piece to size, then secure it within the top box from underneath, taking advantage of its tapered design that prevents movement. Multiple units can be efficiently stacked next to each other, and future updates will even enable vertical arrangements. Instructions for assembly begin once you're in the production stage.
