I have remixed the cap for silicone cartridges. I have changed the outer shape so that it can now be printed without a raft or support. In addition, I have tapered the threaded neck since my cartridges all taper at the outlet. As O-rings, the O-ring seals TOOGOO (R) 10 PCS Black Rubber Oil Seal O-ring seal washers 28x3x22mm have proven to be effective and can be obtained on Amazon.
