I designed a custom seal press specifically for RockShox 30 Gold forks. To effectively press the seal, I recommend removing the spring from the seal first. Next, before printing the seal, rotate your model 90 degrees within the slicer software so that it points downwards with its flat base facing the ground, just as shown in the accompanying photo.
