I required an effortless method to position my backup drive adjacent to my mounted Raspberry Pi, creating a wall-mounted, out-of-the-way offsite backup solution. I chose a Seagate Backup Plus Portable 4TB drive and designed the mount using Inventor. I printed it with supports for the lengthy bridges, ensuring a seamless fit. To establish the backup process, I utilize Resilio Sync to securely transfer files from my home file servers to this remote setup.
