It was designed to look very similar to the original, but because TPU tends to have the required flexibility without the same elasticity as rubber (or at least that's how mine is) I have modified the design a little bit with those parameters in mind. The square part that attaches this to the cover does fit very tightly. I had to seat the bottom, and then push the top in by squishing it down and pushing it inwards with a flathead screwdriver. It also fits over the hooks tighter than my originals, but mine were so aged they were almost broken, so I'm not sure how it compares to the new ones in good condition. I made them a little tighter than I think would be ideal, because I'm expecting they may stretch a bit once they've been used for awhile.
