This is a T-nut for securing items to the SeaArk rail through the wiring channel using a 1/4 - 20 nut and nylon bolt. For added reassurance, I highly recommend machining this in CNC aluminum if extra strength is a concern. Please refrain from utilizing the cleat for lifting the boat; it's strictly designed for mooring purposes only!
