I 3D scanned a little sea shell. In the pictures you can se both the original and the 3D printed one.
The 3D printed sea shell in the pictures is printed without supports, it worked, but the result wasn't perfect. I would recomend printing it with supports.
It should be noted that the inside of the 3D printed shell is just an offset from the outside surface. So it doesn't look exactly like the inside of a real sea shell..
