<p>I designed this in Fusion 360 and designed it to be printed without supports. The files should print properly without you having to rotate anything. When I printed it, I used a variable layer thickness for certain layers of the parts to print with higher detail and better accuracy, mostly the areas around overhands in the hand guard.</p><p>I made it so a metal rod of thickness 5/16" at 20" length can be placed through each part, giving it some weight and helping to align all parts. There are also alignment holes in each part of the blade helping to align the parts. You will need three (3) 1" lengths of metal rod with a diameter of 1/4".</p><p>The slot at the base of the handle is a friction fit for a quarter, no glue should be necessary. The bottle opener has been tested and works properly.</p><p>Any ideas on how I can improve this? Let me know!</p>
