SDS011 particulate - dust sensor PM2.5 and PM10 case
thingiverse
I acquired the PM10 & PM2.5 sensor SDS011. Like many others, I added temperature and humidity sensors. The entire setup is managed by an Arduino ESP32 and Matt, sending data directly to my DB Influx while graphing everything with Grafana. Of course, I used Node-Red for managing some of its aspects. There are numerous examples on Thingiverse, but most of them position the sensor in a way that isn't recommended by the manufacturer (I've also included pictures from the producer). So, I decided to create one myself - simple yet versatile, allowing it to be used in two positions as suggested. It was designed using Fusion360. If you'd like to improve it, feel free to do so - just let me know. The ESP32 is attached as-is; unfortunately, I didn't have time to optimize its positioning better. Just enjoy!
