SDRPlay Duo Holder for IC-7300
thingiverse
This is a holder for the SDRPlay SDRDuo SDR radio, commonly used with the Icom IC-7300 and the PTRX-7300 board.I designed this to bolt onto the side of the 7300 using two of the unused M3 bolt holes on the right-hand side of the radio. * Note that I designed this so that the top of the holder is flush with the radio, if you use it on the left-hand side then the holder will stand slightly above the top of the 7300. I use my 7300 with the PTRX when travelling so this one really holds the SDRDuo very tightly. You may need some tools to assist in its removal from the holder. I will redesign in the coming days to take countersunk screws. this model was made to use castle type hex bolts as that was all I had available. Extra space was added to accommodate these bolts. I am happy to make changes to the file of you need anything to suit your setup.HB9FIY.Next I am working on a design where the SDRDuo will be clamped into rails that extend out to the front of the radio.
