SD, MicroSD and Thumb Drive storage

Added four full size SD slots to fulfill a request. (see notes below, the parts arrived and the prototype works perfectly.) The micro slots have 3 tiny tabs that must be carefully removed with a quality fine sidecutter. I see the same tabs on the full size slots, likely they'll have to come out as well. 2021/08/05 Added picture of test print. Prints great, Micro slots click right into place. More pictures when the SD slots arrive. 2021/08/08 SD slots arrived and slip right in place, I used a drop of Gorilla Super glue on them to lock them on place.
