SD Cube V2

Here is a revised design of my original SD cube, which can be found at https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2581513. In this version, I took into account SirMichael74's comments and aimed to resolve issues related to tolerances, improve functionality, and simplify assembly. The Original SD Cube is a 3-year-old design created using Autodesk 123D Design. As a concept, it was satisfactory; however, there is always room for improvement. With this version, I addressed the following concerns: 1. The pivot pin for the locking arm was too small and could shear off, which has been remedied by making it larger and significantly stronger. 2. The features used to align and register a shelf to the next could be problematic; these have been replaced with tapered slots that have better tolerances. 3. The SD card had to be inserted in a specific orientation, but inserting it differently would interfere with the locking arm functionality; now, the SD card can be inserted in any orientation without obstructing arm movement. 4. The assembly process, including applying adhesive, was delicate; parts now snap together more positively, and applying adhesive is simplified while producing stronger objects. 5. The original thing was posted as a single file containing all components needed to produce a cube with 7 SD card capacity; this version features three individual components in separate files, allowing you to print cubes of capacities that suit your needs. This design is completely new, based on the original idea but created using Autodesk Fusion360 software. In this version, the cube is approximately 2mm longer, and the height of shelves is slightly less, resulting in a shorter overall height for a given number of shelves. I hope those who downloaded and printed the previous version will not be too unhappy to discover that I posted a revision; I believe the improvements are worth it. Thank you for viewing SD Cube V2.
