SD Card spacer for Prusa printer card removed problem

On my Prusa i3 MK3S prints were intermittently failing during a print, reporting that the SD card had been removed. This seemed to be caused by the contacts in the printer not pressing firmly enough on the card and loosing contact with the vibration of the print. I designed this simple spacer to slide in behind the SD card, putting a small bit of additional pressure on the card, thus preventing the problem.
