SD card label

I print with my Prusa using multiple SD-cards to plan ahead and prepare future prints. To stay organized, I initially used paper stickers on my SD-cards, but they proved to be flimsy, so I sought a better solution. I designed labels that fit standard SD-cards with the Prusa's SD-card-reader in mind, allowing only 1/4 of the card to protrude. The SD-card-labels print best when standing upright as they are optimized for this position; my initial flat prints caused issues where the layers separated and the SD-card could burst apart. To ensure a successful print, don't forget to activate brim support. You can add multiple SD-card labels to your print job as needed. A minor post-processing step involves deburring, but that's all. When writing on the labels, I apply a clear strap of Scotch tape and use a removable overhead marker. If the tape becomes worn out, simply replace it with a new piece.
