SD card label

I print with my Prusa using multiple SD-cards to plan ahead for upcoming prints. To stay organized, I initially relied on paper stickers attached to my SD-cards but found this approach to be very fragile. In search of a more reliable solution, I designed custom labels tailored to standard SD-cards and the Prusa's built-in SD-card reader, which allows only about 1/4 of each card to protrude. These labels print best when standing upright as they were optimized for that purpose - my initial tests involved printing them flat, but this caused the cards to burst apart due to inadequate layer adhesion. I revised the design to accommodate standing prints. When preparing your SD-card labels, remember to activate brim support in your printer settings and you can add an unlimited number of labels to each print job. Post-processing requires a minimal amount of deburring work but that's all. To write on these labels, I simply attach a piece of clear Scotch tape and use a removable overhead marker. When the tape wears out, it's easy to replace.
