To insert an SD card, ensure that a key ring is first attached to it. The SD card will then be safely contained. When using Replicator G, position the print in such a manner that the key ring hoops are at the top. I personally use 10% infill for my prints and prefer printing with a raft. In fact, I recently printed an object where I had placed it correctly with the raft and key ring hoops oriented appropriately, which was quite convenient.
