This was created to securely attach to a 2020 rail using M4x10mm screws accompanied by M4 washers and T-nuts. The initial design had significant flaws, so I completely reworked it this time with an opening allowing you to see which card is inside. I'm printing this with eSun PLA+ at 235C, utilizing a dual 5015 Fang fan setup. The bed temperature is set at 65C until halfway through the print, then it drops to 50C to minimize the time needed to remove the part from the heated bed. To improve adhesion, I apply hairspray to this part before printing. Nine copies are being printed simultaneously, as it fits perfectly on my Tevo bed.
