A Personalized SD Card Blocker for Duplicator 4S Version 2, Created to Safeguard Against Unintended Insertions and Potential Damage. The design features a snug snap-in fit to protect against accidental insertion into open areas surrounding the reader, preventing damage to electronics within. Enhanced Design Improvements: 1) The inclusion of an extended side guide enhances protection further. 2) An extra 0.5 mm of clearance has been added between the inner curve and the front guide for a better overall fit. 3) A small adjustment was made by trimming 1.0 mm from the right side of the SD card slot for enhanced accuracy. 4) Additionally, 1.0 mm has been trimmed from the backside of the slot for improved precision. 5) Lastly, 0.5mm has been reduced on the backside. This personal project was constructed using PLA materials.
