Scyhte Factory SLA friendly
thingiverse
I love srifraf´s design of the Scythe factory (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3249453), but unfortunately I was not able to print it on my Anycubic Photon, since it is to large. I contacted him and asked for the STL file, so that I would be able to cut it into managable pieces. Unfortunately he was not able to provide it, since he used tinkercad and he mentioned that even his file pushes tinkercad to its limits. So, I decided to start from scratch and rebuild his design in Fusion360. I left out some details, but added others instead: roofing tiles and corrugated metal sheet for the buildings, ladders and scythe lettering for the chimneys, some additional storage containers, adjusted the windows and some additional minor changes. The whole factory comes in 5 parts, which can be printed and painted separately. You can print it directly on the platform without any supports. It is designed in such a way that the minis fit onto the plattforms and that you can use it for the original board and together with the board extension.
