A custom body post was needed to accommodate the XJ body on my first-gen Axial SCX10 Honcho. I designed it in ABS and printed it with as much infill as possible, which resulted in a perfect fit within the stock mounting holes at the rear. Later updates revealed that the posts inserting into the shock towers were weak, likely due to the use of ABS which I'm familiar with but doesn't hold up well. A new design is being considered for a stronger mounting option, possibly one that accepts a cylindrical post. Subsequent updates showed modifications made to the shock towers and screws inserted through them for added strength. The printing resolution was also increased to 100% for better results.
