This 32-inch Ford cab is brought to life by Ossum, whose design can be found in the remix area. To make it more rat rod-like, I squashed it down 20% and made some adjustments to fit it onto a SCX10 frame. Ossum's work is truly amazing! At this point, I'm not inclined to reinvent the wheel, as his rendition is so impressive that I don't have much drive to create something new. The parts are laid out in the orientation in which they would be printed. As for how well it fits or how strong it is, I simply did my best with what I had on hand. Please print this and post a make so we can all see the results. Since I didn't include a motor up front, I figure the forward 540 motor mounts from SSD and RC4WD will look great up there. However, I may need to cut the firewall for that. I have no idea how well it will fit on various ladder or rail-style chassis, such as the Ascender, TRX-4, Element Enduro, RC4WD Vanquish VS4-10, Redcat, or any other similar setup. A bed is still in development and may arrive soon. I'm also considering working on a grill next. The turntable video can be viewed at https://youtu.be/1046Md3QmJI. Here's a link to the Solid Files for Fusion 360: https://a360.co/2I46FXb. After printing the body mounts, they seemed a bit thin to me. I plan to modify them in a way that won't affect any other parts around the Independence holiday. The shocks are mounted to the bed in a way designed for Wraith AR 60 axles. Now, I need to figure out a cantilever setup or something similar.
