Strathcona Cycle Works crafts premium BMX, MTB, E-Bike, and Cruiser Beta Grips that demand precise manufacturing. To achieve this level of quality, print these grips extremely slowly using a direct extruder on a heated bed or one covered with painter's tape, while keeping the Jerk setting at its lowest. The flanges function similarly to rafts, but consider pairing them with flangeless grips and removing them after printing for optimal results. You may need to adjust the grip size slightly based on the elasticity of your filament to prevent them from slipping off the handlebars. Additionally, if you don't already have bar end plugs, insert a nickel into each grip's end to safeguard against bar damage in case the bike falls or is involved in an accident.
