Scupper plugs to suite Glide Mahi Kayak

I have created a work in progress, which I have printed and tested for fit. It fits all the way down into the scupper, finishing flush with the bottom of the scupper. Further tweaking is needed, particularly smoothing out the edges as they come out quite sharp. A short while ago, I purchased a shiny new kayak from a local camping store, much to my dismay they do not sell scupper plugs large enough for my kayak. Today, I have decided to 3D print my own. It's currently on the printer now and the kayak is in storage, which is why it's labeled as a work in progress. I will check its fit probably next weekend. Edit Log: 11-08-2015 - I 3D printed another pair of scuppers that are much shorter. They fit snug but reside quite low down into the scupper (to the point of requiring a carabiner to extract)
