For the doll's playground I created for my grandkids, I designed two 3D printed figures that bear an uncanny resemblance to Barbie and Cinderella. To create these dolls, I headed over to archive3d.net to download the original 3D models:http://archive3d.net/?a=download&id=de4c0586http://archive3d.net/?a=download&id=6c087328 Conversion Steps: To make the figures printable, I converted both 3DS files into STL files using 3D Studio Max 11 in its student version. Printing Details: Next, I scaled them down to a tiny size and printed them out on a UP! mini 3D printer. To my astonishment, they came out remarkably well!
