Sculpture for Denison
thingiverse
I created a sculpture project for my university campus at Denison University where I attend classes. Since it was mainly used as an idea, I didn't print the file. Designing It Inspiration The design got its inspiration from both The Chicago Bean and the guiding principles at Denison University. Three of the principles are represented by the rings while the center sphere represents the community. My intent was to let people see themselves, along with their surroundings, as part of the community in the center sphere's stainless steel surface. This would make Denison's guiding principles more tangible and bring them into a physical form.
