I designed this system to improve precision when cutting aluminum beds for the Sculptor Delta MK1. It has proven effective, with one minor exception: the holes were slightly misaligned. To resolve this issue, simply adjust their position by moving them inwards from the long side before drilling and you'll be ready to go.
