Sculptor's Calipers

These large calipers (288mm overall) are symmetrical and require printing two identical parts for a complete set. Assemble with 1/4-20 imperial hardware or alternatively, 6mm hardware can be used. For enhanced functionality, an adjustable tensioning dial has been added to the design, which accommodates a square type 1/4-20 nut that is glued in post-printing. To secure the tongs, I recommend gluing the screw with a fender washer in place on one of the calipers, fixing them while leaving the tensioner nut free to move. This ensures precise measurement locking.
