### THIS IS NOT MEANT TO BE PRINTED ALONE This is a helper to make other prints successful! Download the .stl file and use a program like Slic3r or Tinkercad to combine it with other prints. Many Sculpto users face "lifting" issues with their prints, where the print lets go of the buildplate on the edge closest to the edge of the buildplate. Examples of this can be seen in the pictures. To solve this problem or at least minimize it, combine your prints with this printwall. It adds a 199mm diameter, 0.05mm high ring to your print. This is the maximum size Sculpto can handle and lets you position the prints further away from the edge of the buildplate. The printwall can also be used to position prints on the buildplate. For example, if you have issues with y-calibration and want to avoid the center of the plate, add the printwall to your print and Sculpto will position your print parts exactly where you want them on the buildplate, as shown in the thumbnail picture, instead of printing them as close to the start point as possible. Other tips to solve the lifting problem include: - Calibrate the y axis closer to the plate - Clean the build plate with rubbing alcohol - Make sure there is no draft and avoid temperature changes in the room Using the printwall has no effect on print time or the amount of material used. The wall is only 0.05mm high, which the Sculpto cloud slicer ignores. No ring is printed.
