Filament spool holder designed specifically for the Sculpto printer, available in two versions for Sculpto+ and Sculpto original models. Ensure the correct version is printed based on your model's specifications. The handle screws differ between the two models, so print the version that fits your machine. 'Sculpto+' and 'Sculpto ori' are engraved to distinguish them from one another. Easy installation instructions: Print directly from the Sculpto app (approximately 7 hours). Remove the two screws holding the handle in place. Slide the spool holders onto the handle from each side. Reattach the handle to the printer. Secure the screws again. Place a filamentspool over the spool and position it on top of the filament holders. Design considerations: The holder frees up valuable table space adjacent to the printer by relocating the filament above. Filament strings no longer break during use, a common issue with traditional spool holders positioned next to the printer. The weight does not significantly affect the printer's balance; adjust the 'feet-knobs' underneath if necessary. Height adjustment: The filament holders reduce the steel bar height by 3 mm but remain within the printer's working range (16 cm). Feel free to modify and improve the design as you see fit. A combined STL file includes all three elements, while separate files are available for printing individual components for optimal results. Print with no support, strong infill, and fine quality settings for the best fit. The latest versions feature smaller 'forks' for secure filament spool placement, along with engraved model identifiers ('Sculpto+' and 'Sculpto ori') to differentiate between them.
