Relocates tow strap point higher on scooter to keep thrust below diver for more efficient operation and less fatigue. Recommend use with neoprene buoyancy sheath on front of scooter made from the arm section of wet suit, which also doubles as abrasion protection for unit. This has been one of the best enhancements I have made for improved use of the scooter. New version of collar allows the original stainless tether tabs to be retained, which when used add more insurance in case collar fails. Use with M4 bolts with 7mm thread length using original lock washer and stainless tether tabs. The attachment points on the collar also allow for a short rear snap clip to be added so the scooter can be carried like a stage bottle when not in use. Proper layer adhesion is very important for part to take weight of scooter out of water and force of pulling diver in water.
