This is my initial design for a cup that fits snugly over my bungee straps used with Jet Fins and Mares fins. I employ 1/4 inch bungee, paired with two zip ties to create a loop, resulting in a one-size-fits-all quick strap. In comparison to the pricey stainless steel springs costing $60 each, these cups offer a more affordable alternative at approximately 60 cents apiece. They also enhance comfort (as I'm a minimalist who wears Adidas water shoes for both land and aquatic activities) and provide an additional attachment point for surf entries.
