Scroll Saw puffer fix

This is a custom replacement scroll saw puffer hose attachment plate, designed to solve a common issue with Central Machines' scroll saws sold by Harbor Freight. The original plate tends to break off at the point where the hose attaches due to pressure from the hard and brittle plastic hose. To address this problem, I created a new plate with a fillet that relieves stress at the weak point. It's recommended to replace the hose as well for optimal performance. The original attachment plate on Central Machine's scroll saws (sold by Harbor Freight) was made of ABS plastic. Since it's not a high-stress component and to minimize stringing, I opted for PLA in this custom design. A fillet has been added to strengthen the weak point where failures often occur.
